Mr. Aguilar Noble presently functions as an outside consultant for the firm in areas such as Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. He served as a legal manager at KPMG (formerly Peat Marwick) of the Mexico international services department, where he reported directly to the International Senior Partner of KPMG Americas. In this role, he carried out the internal legal functions of KPMG Mexico. Mr. Aguilar Noble’s career has focused on advising multinational businesses invested in Mexico.
